t is your responsibility to read our terms and conditions before you book a service. By booking a service with us you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations.

BOOKINGS

All reserved bookings require a deposit, reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Bank transfers are used to pay deposits directly to Akaib Noman, the owner of the company trading under the name of ‘Artistic Detailing’. Non-refundable and non-transferable deposits are requested. The booked service must be cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time for a full deposit to be refunded. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the service and work required. 

An invoice will be emailed to the address you provided at the time of booking. If you don’t pay, legal action will be taken to protect us against any loss or damage. We will always ask you to read our terms and conditions before booking. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before booking a service with us.

PRIVACY POLICY

By subscribing to our mailing list you agree to be contacted for marketing purposes. Under the GDPR privacy law you have the option to cancel this subscription at any time. Upon request, you have the right to know how we use the data we collect and the option to request the removal of your details from all our data collection databases.

BOOKINGS INVOLVING INTERIOR

Added charges will apply if your vehicle is excessively dirty with mould, puke, animal hair etc. We recommend emailing us a few pictures if this is the case so we can fix the price in advance.  If pictures are not sent with a booking of this case the price will be mentioned at the time of booking before commencing with any work on the vehicle. 

MAINTENANCE SCHEME

The purpose of our maintenance scheme is to see the vehicle twice a month so we can ensure it’s paintwork stays decontaminated and glossy. If both valets within the month are missed without a valid reason we are entitled to remove you from our maintenance scheme. This is because we cannot keep our part of the deal if we do not see the vehicle for a whole month, it will not be maintenance anymore.

Additionally, we require to be informed of any extra services needed at your next visit e.g drink spill removal, off roading mud removal, vomit  removal etc. Do not worry, as it will all be taken care free of charge when you are a member on our maintenance scheme. However, if there will be unexpected time spent on the vehicle we must communicate with our next customer of any delays.
